The farm is in full working, thus it gives you the opportunity of being present at the different phases of the production of cereals, forage and wine.
The farm's cupboards are full of the products of hens' and chickens' breeding, of kitchen - garden and of orchards, so that you can taste the typical meals of Puglia. As a consequence of this, the farm offers a fixed menu.
Besides, you can buy local specialities, wine, oil, eggs, chickens, rabbits, green in season or in oil and pickles; it is possible to relish local fresh cheeses, homemade spirits, pasta and ice-cream or the delicious jam and marmalade.
The owners give personally reception to the guests, who can exchange cultural ideas and opinions with them.
The farm is open all the years, except from the 15th of January to the 28th of February and the reservation is compulsory at least one day before. A large fifteenth - seventeeth century drawing - room, with a central fire - place, is fit to accomodate meetings, cultural manifestations, film - shows and lectures.
